These Terms of Service apply to banner ad orders, custom banner creation, hosted pages, code delivery, and related support services.
We provide advertising banner placement, custom banner creation, optional hosted-page setup, optional code delivery for self-hosted customers, limited edit support for hosted pages, and general support related to these services.
Banner space is purchased based on the size and position selected by the customer. Placement begins after payment is received and the customer has supplied the required destination link and any needed ad information.
We reserve the right to refuse banners, links, or advertising materials that are misleading, illegal, hateful, abusive, deceptive, malicious, unsafe, or otherwise not appropriate for the page.
A custom advertising banner is included at no charge with each banner order. Banner design decisions, layout, text fit, and formatting are handled by our team based on the information provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for making sure submitted links, claims, pricing, and offer details are accurate before the banner goes live.
Promotions such as “buy 2 weeks and get 1 week free” may be offered from time to time and may be changed or ended at the owner’s discretion.
Customers may request that we host a custom page containing from 1 to 5 personal links and titles, with banner placement as selected. Hosted pages may be hosted on our company servers for one full year from the date of setup.
If we host the customer’s page, we will provide the page link for sharing. Hosted-page customers may receive up to 2 edits or changes during the hosting year at no charge, at the owner’s choice.
If our team hosts the page, ad and code creation or updates are subject to a one-time $20 fee per banner.
If the customer chooses self-hosting, we will provide the code and reasonable support needed for setup at no charge. The customer is responsible for their own hosting account, file uploads, website maintenance, and any future edits once the code has been delivered, unless otherwise agreed.
All advertising fees, hosting-related fees, and service fees are due as stated at the time of order. Work may begin only after payment is received.
The page owner is paid directly for ads unless otherwise stated.
We do not guarantee clicks, leads, opt-ins, sales, earnings, conversion rate, placement performance, or any specific business result. Advertising outcomes vary based on the offer, headline, design, traffic behavior, destination page, and many other factors outside our control.
The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, safety, and truthfulness of the links, offers, claims, and webpages they promote. The customer agrees not to submit malicious links, unlawful content, deceptive claims, intellectual property violations, or anything that could harm visitors or our business.
Because banner space is reserved and creative work may begin quickly, refunds are handled at the owner’s discretion. If a banner, link, or page is found to violate these terms, we reserve the right to reject, remove, suspend, or refuse the ad or hosted page without notice.
These terms may be updated at any time by the owner. Continued use of our services after an update means the customer accepts the revised terms.
